The experience of high quality cutting

• Always stacked horizontally and flat
• Donot store wheels in a damp atmosphere or in extreme temperatures.
• Always wear appropriate safety clothing, gloves, ear protection, overalls, safety glasses and safety shoes.
• Always use the correct wheel mounting flanges and ensure that they are undamaged, clean and free off burrs.
• Use a machine which is in good mechanical condition.
• Always have machine speeds checked regularly, especially after maintenance or repair.
• Allow newly mounted wheels to run at operating speed for 1 min. before cutting or grinding
• Always ensure that the spindle speed of the machine is no higher than the operating speed marked on the wheel.
• Donot mount a used large diameter wheel onto small diameter grinders.
• Donot mount a damaged wheel.
• Must fixed the workpiece.
• Donot force a wheel onto a machine spindle, or change wheel pore size.
• Donot tighten the mounting nut or locking flange excessively,or add self-made bushing. To do so can distort the flanges.
• Grind with a grinding wheel at an angle 15-30 degrees to the workpiece; Cut with cut off wheel vertically to the workpiece; cut off wheel is not allowed for grinding.
• Check tension fo driving belts if sliding or loading during cutting. Belts must be kept tight to ensure full power transmission.
• Use the tools supplied by the machine to lock and unlock wheels, donot hitting or striking the wheel.
switch OFF the power at supply source and/or remove the plug from the socket before changing the wheel.
